ARC Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client who offers 24/7 support for adults aged between 20–50 with learning disabilities in a supported living environment.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a brand-new team and help shape a new service opening in Norwich in April 2026. Your role will be vital in bringing their vision of high-quality, person-centred support to life.

Our client provides supported living services across the UK, empowering people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.

A driver is beneficial but not essential.
Experience is also welcome but not required — full training and development opportunities are provided for those looking to build a long-term career in healthcare!

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred support that empowers people to live the life they choose.
Promote independence through support with daily living skills, personal care, and informed decision-making.
Build meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement and social inclusion.
Help individuals achieve personal goals — whether learning new skills, accessing education, exploring hobbies, or developing independence.
Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals to ensure consistent, holistic support.
Promote wellbeing and safety by following care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies.
Use Positive Behaviour Support to respond confidently and calmly to challenging situations.
Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly to ensure high standards of care.
Uphold values of dignity, respect, equality, and inclusion in every interaction.
Provide warm, reliable, compassionate support — including personal care where required.
